In this entry, you will find info on completed/ongoing/future fics. If you are unsure of where to start, this is a must read. Reading the info in this entry will give you a heads up on any slightly offensive material that you might incounter in the future with certain fics. Announcements:
03/27/08: A new (ish) look! Working on updating with chapters and chapters of unposted fics. Check the listings to see what's new (things are being posted quite slowly).
6/14/07: Hitori Janai (You're Not Alone) is finally complete! This is my first time ending a fic so in my opinion it wasn't the best. But there is a sequel to the story (more drama, more cheese, woo). Before I get to that, I will try and finish off Goddess Of Fire. For those who don't know, I have also started The Unwritten Code, which I will also try and complete.
3/22/07: I am officially putting The Angel In Me. on hold. I have lost my motivation in writing it for now, but I really hope to somehow continue in the near future. Right now, the main focuses are Hitori Janai (You're Not Alone) and Goddess of Fire. If anyone would like to help me pick the next focus, please do! I was thinking either Ninja Musume or the Untitled fic.

In this post, I will post fanart related to my fics (most of the time). Most of the fanart will be mainly sketches/drawings, but if I ever think of other things, I will post them here.

Risa sat alone in the living room, a “deep in thought” expression across her face as she held the phone loosely in one hand. She had decided to call Eri’s parents for some answers…which she got none of and on top of that, she had almost had to take Eri home immediately, if she hadn’t convinced them that everything was completely FINE.

“Ai-sama is here?!” Reina blurted, after Hitomi had broke the news to her. “Wait! Just Ai-sama, right? You didn’t happen to give a ride to my other sister, right?” Reina questioned, unconsciously clenching her fists together, hoping with all her might that Miki didn’t come after her as well…but of course it would have been out of order from Yuko and not due to her own free will.
“No, I don’t recall,” Hitomi answered. Hearing this, Reina relaxed.

Yawning widely, Risa rolled herself into bed, followed by a surprisingly energized Eri, whom sloppily made her way over her friend to get to her side of the bed. The careless action caused the sleepy girl to let out a strange and rather painful noise, as Eri’s knee dug directly into her stomach.

“Takuro! What is it, boy?!” Hitomi called out as her Shikoku, Takuro sped down the street, barking. Quickly jogging after Takuro, she was soon led to what had grabbed his attention. She gasped as she discovered what appeared to be an unconscious girl. Crouching down next to her, she took the girl into her arms.

It’s been exactly one month, three days and twenty four minutes since the day I broke up with Eri. Ever since then, I haven’t gotten a good nights sleep. Why? Why do you think?! I have to see her everyday, every waking moment of my day, it’s driving me nuts. Don’t get me wrong, Eri and I are cool, but everywhere I go, there she is. Rehearsals, meetings, concerts, photo shoots, cafeteria, the bathroom! I just-- I just need my space; some Reina space. On top of all that, whenever I try to have a normal civilized conversation with her, all I see are inappropriate images of us making out. How awkward can that be?! They’re like side effects you get from sleeping pills, but only these are taken directly from your existing memories. How can you stand to face someone in a normal manner like nothing had happened, when you once loved them so much and did so many unspeakable things with them, and now you’re just friends? This wasn’t the first time someone had left me slightly insane after a break up. Believe it or not, before Eri, there was Gaki-san. I was unlucky enough to be caught in between one of her and Ai-chan’s infamous off and on relationships. I still remember what she had said to me a week after our break up.

The rain poured freely over the empty morning streets as I hid under a small balcony of an old building. I reached out and felt the rain drops with my hand, it felt nice. It was around 7am, just about time to start walking down to the subway station. That was how I got to school. I clutched the unopened umbrella I had in my hand. Why wasn’t I using it? I don’t know. People tell me I’m extra weird in the morning. I kicked at the puddle beside me, getting my shoes and socks wet.

As they cautiously ventured forward, Sayumi grasped tightly onto Reina’s arm, nearly dragging the tiny yanki off balance.
“Sayu, would you loosen up a bit, you‘re pulling me overboard!” Reina complained. Sayumi shook her head frantically. “But I’m scaaaareeeed~!” She whined.
“If you’re so scared, then let’s go back.”
“But I lost my priceless pink bunny hair tie!"
“Fine, but once we find that hair tie, we’re getting out of here!”

Miki appeared as she always had, kneeling before Yuko’s throne when she had called for her guardians. But this time, her sisters were not beside her. A hint of anger was heard in the Goddess’ voice as she spoke up.
“Where are your sisters?” She asked.
“I do not know,” Miki answered simply.
Yuko closed her eyes.

Never in her life had Reina seen so many people before. So crowded, so loud, so lively. She stood in amusement as she observed the scene before her. She had entered what appeared to be a market place. People ran from corner to corner, from one merchant to another, yelling to each other as if everyone around them were nearly deaf. She began walking through it all, not realizing that many had paused to watch her as well. Even within a population of this size, Reina stood out like a sore thumb. She wore red from head to toe. From the flower behind her ear to the top she wore, to her armbands, to her long skirt, to her boots; all red. Thin silver chains dangled from her armbands and the waist of her skirt, clinging against each other lightly. Red was the color of the fire beings, so it was commonly worn. But as these people had amused Reina, Reina had amused them with her seemingly patriotic wardrobe.

“So close, yet so far away” they say. Reina had finally begun to understand that phrase…a little too well for comfort. She simply just had to deal with it-- which she had received a load of “crap” from Yuko for doing so. Being told she was “a quitter” and “a Grade A idiot” didn’t seem to start off her steam boat like it usually did. To her, trying to get Eri back was pointless. With what she had gone through in the past, her present happiness is the most important thing. Something Reina would never take away from her. Being able to be around her was good enough…even if it was merely for the time being.

The days following Eri and Risa’s arrival could only be described as frustrating for Reina. Having to witness the girl she loved being over friendly with another girl everyday and then knowing they slept in the same bed at night was certainly something no one wanted to deal with. On top of that, Yuko seemed to have taken up, “ticking Reina off” as a hobby and would generously tease the pair about their closeness in front of her. Although Risa denied every accusation, Reina was already too deep within her world of frustration to have paid attention to any of it.

“Coming!” Yuko shouted loudly as she pulled the last corners of the comforter over the king size bed, before fleeing out of the newly decorated room to answer the front door.
“Hello, come in!” She welcomed the new tenants. Both Risa and Eri entered their new home for the summer, each hauling a small suitcase behind them. Yuko couldn’t help but secretly chuckle, as she noticed Eri’s suitcase being abnormally stuffed to the point where its zippers had been clearly opening up on its own.
“If you girls would come this way, I will show you to your room.”

“Mou Kame, you need to learn to be less clumsy,” Risa scolded.
“I’m sorry-- I guess I got too excited,” Eri apologized. Hooking her arm through Eri’s elbow, Risa pulled her along like an impatient mother.
“Save some of that excitement for later, we still have the whole summer holiday to explore this place~!”

Her steps slowed and her body lowered towards the ground. She shook her head repeatedly, but it was useless. Giving herself a hard slap across the face, she tried her best to straightened her posture. Get it together, Reina! Even with a strong will and determination, her body gave way and she finally collapsed.
